What exactly is a bubble toner?

Hands or cotton pad?

Is it okay for sensitive skin?

It's built mild — niacinamide and PHA are the gentlest actives in their class. It contains a light fresh-finish alcohol, so if your skin is very reactive, patch-test first.

Which bubble toner is mine?
