Refund policy

At Yuri Woori, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t right, we offer an exchange window of 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product was damaged, defective, or leaking upon arrival

• You received the wrong product

• The product was expired at the time of delivery

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused and unopened

• In its original packaging with all seals intact

We do not accept exchanges for:

• Used or opened products

• Products without original packaging

• Reasons such as change of mind or skin suitability issues

2. How to Request an Exchange

Please email us at support@yuriwoori.com within 7 days of delivery, along with the following details:

• Order ID

• Clear photos/videos of the product and outer packaging

• Reason for the exchange

Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement or before they are shipped, whichever occurs first.
