Exchange Policy

At Yuri Woori, we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not right, we offer a exchange window 7 days from the date of delivery.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

You may exchange a product within 7 days of receiving it if:

  • The product was damageddefective, or leaking on arrival.

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product is expired on arrival.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused and unopened

  • In original packaging with seals intact

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened items

  • Products without original packaging

  • Reasons such as "changed mind" or skin suitability

2. How to Request a Exchange

Email us at support@yuriwoori.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product and packaging

  • Reason for exchange

Our team will verify and respond within 24–48 hours.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, or before they are shipped — whichever comes first.
